  • How to Use Downloader App on Firestick
  • Using the app is just as easy as installing it. Go ahead and run the app. When you run the app for the first time since installation, this is the window you are welcomed with. These are the update notes that acquaint you with the highlights of the latest update to the app.

  • Home is the option you would probably be using the most to side-load the third-party apps on FireStick, such as Kodi. Here, just enter the URL pointing directly at the APK file and click the ‘Go’ button. Simply follow the onscreen instructions to download and install the APK.

  • Enable JavaScript to Avoid Issues With Downloader App on Firestick
  • It would be remiss of me to not tell you about enabling JavaScript. By default, Downloader app keeps the JavaScript turned off. However, for those who side load, it is best to enable JavaScript or it would be impossible to download the APK files from certain pages that need the JavaScript running.
  • Here are the steps to turn JavaScript on.
  1. Launch Downloader and Click ‘Settings’ option on the left panel.

2. Now, highlight and click ‘Enable JavaScript’ option on the right
